Runity is an evidence-based running program designed to correct technique and strength issues. The 90 minute session includes a movement screening, video gait and formulation of a personalised home exercise program.
The sessions are run by Brad Jamieson – Olympic athlete, Obstacle runner and Pilates Educator – who has overcome his own injuries and gone on to compete in Ultra Distance Obstacle Races both here in Australia and Internationally.
