Whether you want to lose weight, get fitter and stronger, have fun training with a friend, or just make some time for yourself each week, Personal Training is a great way to achieve your goals.
A 30 minute or 1 hour session can incorporate cardio training, strength training, stretching and Pilates to create a varied and challenging workout each time. An initial assessment will make sure that any injuries or issues are taken into account during your sessions. We also set goals and revisit them every 8 weeks to ensure you stay on track.
