His introduction into the world of Pilates came in the mid-90’s when, as an elite level 400m runner, he began Pilates classes with a physio. This was to help with a bad lower back that eventually saw him retire from competition, and also to help improve performance through better movement of his body.
Since then, he has taught many elite-level athletes and become a fully qualified Pilates Instructor.
He has a passion for getting people moving well- so people can recover from injuries; just feel better within their bodies; or strive to reach lofty athletic goals.

Brad has completed First Aid/CPR training.

CLAIR HOLMES - private sessions, group instructor
With a background in dance teaching and choreography, Clair discovered Barre and Pilates for herself post-natally. She instantly fell in love with the movement of Barre, being a fitness form derived from ballet, and Pilates for how it challenged her strength, control and the positive impact it had on her body.
So, in 2015 Clair became a qualified Barre instructor. In 2020 she started her Polestar qualification and began teaching at Infinity.
In 2020 Clair was voted ‘Best Instructor in SA’ by ClassPass across 50 participating fitness studios in SA.
Clair holds qualifications in Mat and Comprehensive Studio/Rehab Pilates Instruction from Polestar Pilates Australia. She loves the physiology of pilates, how it connects the mind, to breath, to movement. For its precision and control and how every movement have has a purpose linking to improving functionality in our day to day lives.
Clair loves to get to know her clients and is really passionate about using her experience, knowledge and creativity in class to ensure that her classes are accessible for all fitness levels.
Clair has completed First Aid/CPR training.
AMY GILES - private sessions, group instructor
Amy originally started as a group fitness instructor in 2000, but found that her passion was teaching yoga, so she honed in on that.
It wasn’t until she experienced a very painful back injury (at an advanced yoga teacher training oddly enough!) that she found the Pilates Reformer machine. It was a godsend. She was finally able to rebuild her strength and flexibility after months of being stiff and depressed. 1 year later, she had completed the STOTT Pilates Reformer training and began teaching clients 1-on-1 in her own studio in NZ.
After a move to Australia in 2021, and relocating to Adelaide with her fiancé, she felt the need to expand her Pilates knowledge, which lead Amy to undertake the Comprehensive Studio/Rehab course through Polestar Pilates. She really enjoys teaching clients on all the different apparatus, and is thrilled to be working alongside the high-calibre team at Infinity.
Amy has completed First Aid/CPR training.
