This was to help with a bad lower back that eventually saw him retire from competition, and also to help improve performance through better movement of his body.
Since then, he has taught many elite-level athletes and become a fully qualified Pilates Instructor.
He has a passion for getting people moving well- so people can recover from injuries; just feel better within their bodies; or strive to reach lofty athletic goals.
Brad is also an Educator with Polestar Pilates Australia and has completed his Runity Coach and Master Training qualifications.
